SHIPPING POLICY
We normally ship all items within two business days if more time is required you will hear from us within one business day. Shipping times will vary based on delivery location. Most shipments will be an estimated delivery of 2 to 9 business days.
If purchasing multiple products and they can be boxed together we will do so. A shipping overcharge refund will be issued after we determine the final cost of combining the products.
Our larger items that need to ship in a 36x8x8 or a 36x10x10 box have an increased shipping cost due to USPS or UPS size and destination rate requirements.
PORCH PIRACY
This has became a real issue with today's society, so it saddens us to have to put this clause in to protect us / Just Tigging Around.
Once USPS or UPS has notified us the package was left at your location our shipping obligations are complete that you have received your package and your purchase has been fulfilled.
WE WILL NOT REPLACE PRODUCT IF THIS HAPPENS.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your sculpture. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All returns must be in new and unused condition. Upon receiving the item back and inspecting the condition of the sculpture we will process your refund of your original charges. Please allow 3 business days from the receipt of your sculpture to
process your return.
